"Coaching is unlocking people's potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them." - Sir John Whitmore

Rabbi Matthew Ponak

Co-Founder of Mekorah Institute

"His coaching sessions were extremely positive… Ian knew how to encourage me and took on a very supportive role in helping me dream big (and accomplish big!) which gave me confidence as a spiritual leader.”

Maggie Sky

Founder, Peace Flag Movement

"Envisioning possibilities - this is Ian Mevorach's gift. For six years, Ian has been right along side me as I navigated my way in starting a project that then grew into a movement across the US and other parts of the world. With deep trust in the process, his faith in all that is possible, along with an endless ability to be a supportive force, Ian has challenged me to stretch as a leader and be authentically myself in every aspect of my leadership development."

Coaching style & philosophy

Listening very deeply. Understanding you, your goals, your strengths, your challenges. Believing with you that you can overcome them. Asking intuitive questions that connect you with the core of your experience, your passion, your willpower.

Together we form a cooperative partnership of purpose, enthusiasm, trust, awareness, creativity, and courage.

Through insightful questions and observations, I hold space for you to develop new understandings and generate options and energy for action.
